Competitive base salary: we pay the kind of salaries that you would expect for high performing legal talent. All salaries are reviewed on an annual basis and we pride ourselves on setting our salaries at a competitive market rate.
Performance bonuses: we like to reward our highest performers. If we think someone has gone above and beyond the call of duty to deliver an outstanding result, we reward them accordingly.
Professional Legal Studies fees: We will cover all costs in relation to completion of Professionals, as well as giving you the time off required to complete all components of your training. Looking ahead, we cover the costs of your admission to the bar. We even give you an extra day’s leave to attend your admission ceremony. We also host admission drinks for your friends and family so that we can all celebrate your success together.
